Refund Process:

Return the product: Once you've contacted us, you will receive instructions on where to return the product. If product was damaged in shipping, please provide an image of the damaged item and condition of shipping material for replacement of product.

Once we receive the returned product(s) or images, we will process your refund or replacement.
Refund Terms:

Full refund: You will receive a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping & handling), once we have received the returned product and confirmed its condition is as specified above.

Timeframe: Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned product. Pocessing may take longer depending on holidays

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning the product will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Donations: If you made a purchase where a portion of the sale was donated to help the fight against Adult and Pediatric cancer, the refund will be based on the product's purchase price, and the donated amount will not be included in the refund.
